With the opening of the ATTICA Restaurant on Maurerstraße in Frauenfeld, on the top floor of the Goldäcker 2 building, Ruedi Bütikofer fulfilled his vision of a restaurant at the beginning of 2022. From January 1, 2025, a new chapter begins for the ATTICA restaurant in Frauenfeld. Saveurs Vivre GmbH, consisting of the three young, ambitious restaurateurs Elia Caponio, Joël Pfister and Raphael Seunig, is taking over the renowned restaurant as tenants and bringing a breath of fresh air to the region's culinary landscape.
The new concept of the ATTICA restaurant combines exquisite Italian cuisine, a fine selection of fantastic wines and first-class service. The aim is to take guests on a journey through Italy's world of culinary delights while offering the highest quality and authenticity.
Saveurs Vivre GmbH has recently made a name for itself in the catering scene by combining innovative concepts with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and sustainability. Saveurs Vivre GmbH started in March 2024 with an upscale employee restaurant in Oerlikon and a versatile catering service that ranges from simple to noble private chef catering. As early as July 2024, the young restaurateurs opened the Hop Up Hardwald restaurant in Wallisellen, which was then named the most beautiful beer garden in the Glattal valley by the local newspaper “Zürcher Unterländer”.
With the takeover of Restaurant ATTICA, Elia Caponio, Joël Pfister and Raphael Seunig want to realize their vision of a modern, friendly and culinary outstanding restaurant in Frauenfeld. The employees of the current operator can look forward to a secure workplace — all employees were offered a connection solution.
The reopening for the public is planned after the Christmas break and starts with the ever-popular Sunday brunch on January 19, 2024.
