Regionality and seasonality

We use fresh, regional and seasonal ingredients. By working with local producers, we minimize transport routes and promote agriculture in our region. This not only guarantees the highest quality, but also supports the local community

In our kitchen, we use Swiss products wherever possible. We maintain strong relationships with local food producers and tailor our offerings to seasonal availability.

Conservation of resources and waste management
