TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General terms and conditions (GTC) of Saveurs Vivre GmbH

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries and services provided by Saveurs Vivre GmbH (hereinafter “we” or “us”), in particular in the areas of hospitality, catering and private cooking services. We only accept deviating terms and conditions of the customer if they have been expressly agreed in writing.

2. Services

We run catering businesses, offer catering services and private cooking services. The scope, type and timing of the services are based on the individually agreed contracts.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

Our offers are subject to change. A contract is only concluded with our written confirmation. Amendments or additions to the contract must be made in writing.

4. Prices and terms of payment

1. Our prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory value added tax.
2. The following payment methods are accepted: cash payment, card payment, and payment on account. Invoices are payable in full within 10 days from the date of the invoice.
3. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest of 5% p.a.

5. Cancellation conditions

1. Cancellations of catering orders or private cooking services must be notified in writing.
2. The following cancellation costs apply:
- Up to 14 days before the event: no costs.
- 13 to 7 days before the event: 50% of the agreed amount.
- Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the agreed amount
3. For events that have to be cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), individual goodwill rules apply by arrangement.

6. Liability

1. We are only liable for damage in the event of intent or gross negligence on our part.
2. Liability for indirect, sequential or loss of profit is excluded.
3. We assume no liability for damage caused by guests, third parties or force majeure.
4. Liability for food and drinks delivered by us ends when they are handed over to the customer or his agent.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation. More information is available in our privacy policy.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

1. Swiss law applies to all disputes arising from or in connection with contracts.
2. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

9. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected Amendments and additions to these terms and conditions must be made in writing.
