Saveurs Vivre Team Members

The co-owner and CFO of Saveurs Vivre GmbH joined the shareholders in July 2024. Seunig completed his training as a businessman for hotels, restaurants and tourism at a 4-star hotel in Arosa. After completing his apprenticeship as an award-winning apprentice in his profession in the Canton of Grisons, he completed his vocational diploma, for which he was also rewarded with prizes.

After military service as an army squad leader, Seunig successfully completed the Zurich bar school and the first part of the Swiss wine sommelier. He first gained professional experience as Deputy. Reservation manager, in-house hotel support employee and financial accountant of a Swiss hotel chain, after which he became Assistant to the F&B Manager of a larger 4-star hotel in Davos and as Deputy. Managing Director of a larger restaurant business worked. Seunig also learned other leadership skills, personnel planning options and what successful catering could look like with good quality and high quantity from another Zurich catering company.

He is now an additional trained spirits sommelier and contact person for occupational safety as well as a student at the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne.

Seunig is convinced that holistic sustainability makes sense not only ecologically but also economically. He also lives out his intrinsic motivation to make the world a little better every day in the catering industry.
