The co-founder, co-owner and COO of Saveurs Vivre GmbH completed his training as a chef EFZ at Gasthof Sternen in Wangen-Brütisellen. In the 1-Michelin star restaurant, Pfister learned to prepare dishes at the highest level. At the same time, like Elia Caponio, he attended the promotion of gifted students at the Zurich General Vocational School and the European Bartender School in London.

He also has the Wine and Spirits Education Trust Certificate in the areas of wine and spirits. In addition to his training, he is a member of the Swiss Army as a chef, where he leads his team of several people every year and is responsible for feeding several hundred soldiers every day.

Pfister gained professional experience as a confectioner at Klaus Confiserie Café AG and as a sous chef at the 13-Gault Millau Restaurant Rössli in Bülach. He too is now attending the Swiss Hotel Management School Lucerne in his 3rd semester “Hotel Industry”.

His expertise is therefore accumulated in the professional, military and school world. Pfister's jobs in various Gault-Millau kitchens in particular impressively shaped his commitment to quality, which he uncompromisingly passes on today at Saveurs Vivre GmbH.

He is convinced that the focus should be on quality, while the focus is on the guest. The joy of gastronomy is his daily intrinsic driver.
